Turns out the Shiny Rate was supposedly bumped up to 1/400. I was gonna name the box 400 percent but there isn't a percent symbol and obviously 400percent does not fit within 7 characters. So I decided to keep it as 400per since it looks close enough to Wooper

Decided to do some level grinding since everything else on the team is really weak and suddenly ran into another Route 1 shiny. I'm not sure if the shiny odds really are 1 in 400..
You know what? No more Shiny Clause I'm kind of tired and out of Pokeballs now. No more catching shinies unless it turns out that a first encounter is also a shiny just like that Spheal I caught.
I proceeded to run into like 10 shinies while grinding I think idk i didn't keep track

Tangela thing switches in for Mega Drains on the Squirtle. Should be easy since all it has is Water Gun right? Nope, it has Metal Claw as well and gets an atk boost! Switch Charmander back in to resist Metal Claw for whatever reason even though I forgot about my Water Rattata in the back oops and that's how Charmander somehow beats a Squirtle despite taking a Water Gun.
Wait I don't remember Draining Kiss being that strong also I'm at Level 12

Oh this thing has Sturdy and survived a Water Pulse. It then proceeded to Sturdy through its own confusion as well. ROM bases be quirky and weird sometimes
